What is here

The tools on the site today are Information Technology, Mathematics Grades 8–11, Mathematics Grade 12, Physical Sciences, Mathematical Literacy and Study Planner.

Each subject on the home page is a separate practice app: original exam-style questions with worked answers, topic notes, exam simulations, and — for Information Technology — a Delphi workspace and SQL lab that run in the browser. A study planner helps you plan the weeks before an exam. Every notes, topic and lesson page can also be read on its own, so a search for a topic lands on the material itself rather than on an app you have to open.

Why it is free, and why there is no sign-up

A learner revising at night on a phone with a small data bundle should not have to create an account, hand over an email address or download an app to practise. So the tools ask for nothing: what you do is saved on your device, not on our servers, and the pages are kept as light as we can make them. How the site is paid for, and what it measures, is set out plainly in the privacy policy.

About the material

This platform provides original CAPS-aligned practice material and study tools. Content is machine-verified and has not been reviewed by subject specialists. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Basic Education. Learners should also use official past papers and consult their teachers where uncertain.

If you find a mistake, a question that does not match the curriculum, or anything that looks wrong, please tell us — every correction makes the material better for the next learner.
